What are the risks and limitations?
Treatment may require more than one visit and cannot guarantee that a tooth will heal or remain symptom-free. Complications can include instrument fracture, persistent infection, perforation or the need for retreatment, surgery or extraction.
What should I know about aftercare and maintenance?
