What are the side effects of anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers?
Reactions tend to be mild and don’t last long. The most common side-effect is bruising or redness to the site of the injections and this mostly occurs due to the needle entering the skin rather than from the product. Allergic reactions to dermal fillers are extremely rare.
How long do the effects of facial aesthetic treatments last?
Each patient is different, and it will depend upon where you have the treatment administered. The effects of dermal fillers tend to last between 6 and 12 months. Repeat treatments can lengthen the period. Results for anti-wrinkle injections tend to last between 3 and 4 months and again, repeating the treatment can help to maintain the effects.
